Maddy was born with real estate in her blood, and the first words out of her mouth might as well have been "location, location, location." As the daughter of a developer running a 4th generation development and construction business, she understands the importance of making a house a home. With 50% of her business comprised of representing sellers and 50% of representing buyers, she has the unique ability to understand the intricacies of a transaction on both sides from start to finish. Maddy brings peace of mind to her clients by thoroughly assessing their needs and leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and network to exceed their expectations. Maddy closed $10M in sales her first year as an agent. Since then, she has continued to grow her business working with buyers and sellers across the greater Boston area, building relationships with her clients and referrals. Maddy resides in the South End and can be found bopping around the neighborhood and at Peters' Park with her toy poodle, Rue.
