Madelyn Kanter

Growing up on Cape Cod, Madelyn worked from a very young age for her parents at their children's clothing store. She was a natural at sales, even before she could drive a car, and felt someday she would pursue a career in sales and marketing. Madelyn graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in English Education while sailing for the university's sailing team. She went on to teach middle school English and coach sailing for the next several years. She excelled at teaching, her confidence and vibrant personality allowing her to connect well with her students. Madelyn felt she needed a change, so she decided to pursue the world of sales she always felt so well suited for. Madelyn's previous life experiences have certainly set her up for success in the real estate world. Madelyn has advanced technological skills and a keen ability to teach clients about the nuances of real estate and really walk them through the process of buying, selling, or renting. Living in numerous Boston neighborhoods for the last ten years has given Madelyn abundant knowledge about the real estate market and the personalities of each area. Madelyn reconnected with Jessica Witter and the two saw an opportunity to join forces and expand their business.
