The best! Maddy made the stressful process of buying a home for the first time a breeze. Everything was explained thoroughly from beginning to end in a way that made sense. Maddy is extremely knowledgeable and either has an answer for everything or knows someone who does. She was very flexible with viewing homes and more than willing to accommodate. She knows what needs to be done in order to get results. My first offer was accepted and deal closed all thanks to the preparedness and thorough work done by Maddy and her team. Maddy was referred to us by a friend who said she’s a go-getter! At our first consultation with the mortgage broker she said Maddy is a spit fire and will get us what we want! This review is WAY past due as I closed on my house in August'21. I can't say enough good things about Maddy. I had a very specific need as far as a house. It seemed impossible to find at times but Maddy never gave up. She remained positive and kept a very focused approach to finding a home that met my requirements. I have to admit I was discouraged at times but Maddy clearly explained the option from a real estate contract standpoint on every home I considered. I would have been lost without her.

I am happy to share that I found the perfect home that met ALL my requirements. The purchase agreement negotiation was complicated but she handled like a pro and kept my best interests in mind. I receive Maddy as a realtor chosen by Zillow and I couldn't have been any happier. She is very professional and honest, not here just to make a buck, she will give you her honest opinion no matter what, that is something I liked most about her because I never felt like she was just trying to "sell me the house". Recently bought a multi-family property with Maddy. If you are looking for somebody to work with on your real estate deals, stop right now and call Maddy. Don’t bother calling anybody else… it would be a waste of your time.

I won’t work with anyone else, unless she stops being a realtor. Which I hope never happens until after I’m done buying real estate! Fantastic experience having Maddy as a realtor. She is extremely professional, responsive and always has your best interests in mind. Not once was she pushy as other realtors I've worked with have been. If she doesn't have the information you seek off of the top of her head she will get it for you as fast as she can. She even answers calls and emails on nights, weekends, and while on vacation which helped us get our offer in on time. 10/10 would definitely recommend to a friend!
