This is our second time using her as our agent and once again, she hit it out of the ball park. She helped us find our bigger second home for our growing family within a shorter time than expected. We were able to convert our first home into a rental property and smoothly transition into our new primary residence home. She overlooked every step of the buying process and ensured every step ran smoothly i.e. meeting with the appraiser to ensure they understood the local real estate market to speaking with the home inspector and ensuring he was inspecting every inch of the property. I highly recommend her to others. During these times, you need an agent like her. You won’t regret it!

As my girlfriend and I were looking to start the process of buying our first home, we were lucky to have been introduced to Maddy through a family recommendation. Because this was our first time buying a home, we knew we needed someone who was knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable  and had our best interest in mind. Maddy truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real estate agent. She took the time explain the process to us and genuinely listened to the vision we had for our home. Maddy was a great patient realtor. I say patient because she jumped through hurdles to get us our home. It was a very difficult closing but she stood by us through it all. She was not my realtor at first but i had met her at a home i went to see. I called her and explained what we were looking for and we found our home with her. We are grateful to have met Maddy.

We used Maddy as our buying agent after we looked at a listing she was showing. My daughter, son-in-law and i agree that Maddy was phenomenal. She was on top of every step of the offer, negotiations and closing. My home inspector was even impressed with steps she took to ensure the house closed as quickly as possible. We have already recommended Maddy to a friend and plan to use her when we relocate to Arizona in a few years.

Maddy was great! She helped us find our place and 3 years later sell it.

When we were searching for a place, she made sure that we were getting a home we would love it. She found our place last minute and asked if we wanted to look at it when we were almost ready to stop looking to buy.

When we were selling. She was the reason it went through. Any issues that came up, she was there with the solution. She walked us through the entire process, even with us having moved out of state already.
