Madison sold my elderly fathers condo located in Rancho Bernardo, CA earlier this month and I wanted to share our excellent experience with her on his behalf and also on mine. My father is 88 years old and needed help from start to finish during the process of selling his home and Madison was so very helpful, kind and patient with him. My sister and I live in Minneapolis, MN and although we flew back and forth to help him with his decision to move, we were not able to be there most of the time during the actual process. Madison communicated with me every step of the way on things that were needed to get his condo sold. She was very knowledgeable of the area and got TOP DOLLAR for the condo. She produced multiple offers and was able to get a record breaking price in the condo development. Her attention to detail was so impressive. The reason my Dad sold his condo is because he had to move back to MN to be with my sister and me and move to assisted living where he can be near us and our families. He left all his furniture and many personal items behind as it was too difficult to get all his stuff sold or organized to ship back. I bring this point up because Madison acted as an extension of our family helping facilitate a team to move everything out and get the entire place painted and cleaned for the new owners. What a wonderful person she was to go above and beyond what was expected of a Realtor. There was one piece of furniture that was so valuable to my family that she helped us have it shipped across country for us. She spent her personal time getting it to the UPS store to get it shipped. I simply cannot believe all Madison did to help us in every way. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs if you plan to sell your home as selling a home is a very personal matter and you want someone on your side that deeply cares about the process and is sensitive to your needs. I would 1000% use her again and would recommend her to anyone out there who needs a realtor. Thank you, Madison!! You certainly are a star:)
