Madoka is clearly a seasoned professional in the real estate business. She has extensive contacts among contractors, movers, roofers, and other affiliated groups. She was able to recommend the best company for staging our house to be sold as well as painters and locksmiths. Our house was sold after being on the market for only 2-3 days. With her assistance we were able to prepare the house and then get it sold smoothly and with no problem

Madoka is an absolute rockstar! This was my first-time buying a home and Madoka brought kindness, wisdom, prompt advice, professionalism, and an extensive knowledge of the real estate market to the table. She held my hand through the entire process. No question was off limits. There were so many times where I was out of my depths and ignorant of the "under contract" process, but Madoka answered all my questions and put me at ease -- communicating with the seller's realtor, keeping me up-to-date and suggesting how we should proceed until negotiations were worked out, the closing papers signed, and keys to my first home in hand. There were a few hiccups along the way. Unfortunately, after going into contract with two sellers, the inspections revealed some very troublesome issues with the respective properties. Madoka’s advice was invaluable in both cases. Eventually, Madoka found the PERFECT home for me. It was everything and I wanted, and everything I didn’t know I wanted. Working with Madoka exceeded every expectation. I am so grateful for the experience.
