As a first time homebuyer my wife and I were unsure about how to even buy a home. We looked at a property online and showed an interest. A minute later, Magda had called me and introduced herself and became my agent. I told her what I wanted in a home and she had properties lined up for viewing as soon as I woke up the next day. We found the home we wanted and so we put in our offer. Magda provided excellent knowledge of everything I needed clarification on. She negotiated with my requests while we kept in contact via email, text, and a call every now and then.
