I have known Magda for many years as a friend and then as a real state expert. It was Magda who helped me find and secure my home in Montgomery Village, MD in a very competitive environment. She was very well informed, extremely reliable, trustworthy and efficient beyond imagination, and very reassuring at all times without ever pushing me one way or another. In the process I got to know very grateful folks who had found their homes thanks to Magda's help. Magda handled our family with care. We were new to the process and she guided my family and I through with ease. She helped us outline what we wanted by showing us different styles and different areas and even watched our children while my wife and I explored the homes. She was reserved by allowing us to formulate our own decisions about the homes, no matter if it met our original criteria or not. She never coerced us into one direction or another or seemed even slightly annoyed when we asked to see yet another house. Magda is the utmost professional. When we needed her to, she defended our interests fiercely while maintaining a cool head and professional dialogue. We have thorough trust in her professional judgment as proven through her years of experience as a realtor along the northern east coast. Magda is bilingual and was always timely. Though surely not the case, my wife and I always felt like we were Magda’s only client as she was always available for us. Magda became a part of our family during that time and we miss her but still stay in contact.
