Maggie Brazill

Maggie moved to sunny St. Pete in 2016 from the frozen tundra of Buffalo, New York. She loves Buffalo but prefers the sunshine and palm trees over the snowy winters. Go Bills! From exciting downtown St. Pete to our gorgeous Gulf Beaches, Maggie really feels like we have the best of both worlds and live in paradise.

Maggie has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, working as a Flight Attendant for the award-winning airline Virgin America for eight years. She also opened and ran her family’s restaurant in Western New York, as well as worked with the elderly in retirement homes as the Activities and Marketing Director. Maggie loves taking care of people, brightening their day, and making a difference in their lives.

Maggie is proud to sell real estate in the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area. She is continuously growing and learning in this crazy, fun market. She values her clients and makes them her number one priority. She offers an elevated level of energy, knowledge, loyalty and goes out of her way to maintain lifelong relationships with her clients. She is continually active in the community and attends a number of networking events with other professionals and is a member of the St. Pete Chamber. She coaches youth soccer and volunteers at the Princess Martha Retirement home.

Maggie resides close to downtown St. Pete with her boyfriend, Doug and their two puppies, Willie, and Henry Fritz. Though many miles apart, she is close with her parents and siblings who live in New York, Colorado, and Tennessee. Maggie is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and a proud member of the Bills Mafia. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, boating, visiting the Dali Museum, paddle boarding and playing soccer.
