Maggie Britvec

Maggie is originally from Michigan and came to the D.C. area to work on the Hill. Children and lifestyles changed that, and she was introduced to the real estate business by a property manager when her family lived in London, England. She decided to try it out when they returned to Alexandria, and it was a natural fit! She just loves her job! That was back in 1992, and she has been full-time - with another short break back to London - ever since. In 2014, she added property management to her list of options for property owners. She helps owners prepare their homes for rent or sale. She educates buyers on the entire purchasing process and represents them every step of the way. Many of her clients have chosen to write testimonials for her. She specializes in neighborhoods from Falls Church south to Lorton, Va. She is a member of NVAR, VAR, and NAR. She is now a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Experience matters!
