Maggie Colman

Maggie Colman has been in the real estate business since 1991. Beginning her career as an agent selling residential properties in Delaware and Pennsylvania, then adding other responsibilities such as Assistant Manager, Manager & Broker/Manager in residential sales. Maggie has worked in many aspects of the real estate business, leaving residential management at one point to develop and launch a new Home Services division as well as other ancillary support services for a large local real estate company. Returning back to residential sales management January 2013, Maggie is currently the Managing Broker in the Greenville office in Greenville, Delaware for Long & Foster Real Estate.

Maggie, as Manager of the Greenville Sales office, looks to grow the office by attracting productive, self-motivated agents as well as new agents to the real estate business. Ongoing training sessions covering the newest tools and techniques, market activity, national awareness, local services and other pertinent information in the real estate business are part of the monthly calendar for agents to tap into and take advantage of. Maggie's philosophy in managing an office is to constantly offer a wide variety of training and informational topics in order to hit a cord with the agents where they leave feeling like they have learned something that will help them grow their business. Focusing on the overall growth of the office and presence in New Castle County, Maggie looks to work as a team with the agents to support community events, charities, local business and other organizations that share in the New Castle County Community that Long & Foster Real Estate calls home.

Maggie oversees the New Agent Training courses offered as well coordinates all Career Development activities.
