Maggie is one of the best agents that I have worked with in the past 10 years.

After our initial remote contact, she began sending me listings almost immediately. She set up a list of homes for me to visit during a short on-site visit and then constantly checked the availability of those homes to avoid wasting my time. Once we identified a house, she drove there and thoroughly showed me via video conference the house and surrounding with objective comments. Once we decided to make an offer, she prepared and submitted our offer almost immediately. She then communicated frequently with the seller's agent and me about the status of our offer, and quickly adjusted our offer once I requested it. For our failed offers, she worked with me to analyze the reasons and plan our future strategy. During the final offer negotiation stage, she kept in touch with me and the seller's agent and sincerely tried her best to get the best offer for me.
