A third-generation Bethesda native, Maggie Tehan is well-versed in the area and its many attractive attributes. Before real estate, Maggie was a working actress and model. She spent countless hours in front of a camera and working with people in close quarters on set. That time allowed her to learn crucial communication skills that have carried over to her job as a realtor. Her natural charisma shines through when she is in her element at an open house or showing a home to a prospective buyer.

Maggie's real estate journey began four years ago when she accepted a job as the assistant to one of the area's top-producing agents. Under Cheryl's tutelage, Maggie finessed her excellent communication and interpersonal skills into a solid career foundation.

Since getting her real estate license, Maggie has worked with a diverse array of clientele. However, she has a particular soft spot for first-time homebuyers because she relishes the education process. A testament to her in-depth experience in the field, Maggie excels at teaching her clients the ins and outs of the buying and selling process from beginning to end.

She looks forward to the new challenges brought forth by each day and loves getting to know and meet such a wide range of people. Maggie keeps herself busy outside of the office with her passion for painting, skiing, fashion, and travel. She also plays on a co-ed social football league and regularly volunteers to support the first responders at the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad, where her sister is an EMT.
