Magnolia goes above and beyond for her clients. She gets to know her clients on a personal level as an individual or as a couple and uses this to help find each and every one their perfect fit in a home.
She knows all the in’s and out’s of the Fredericksburg area which was helpful for myself and my husband when deciding where to buy in the area. She also helped us find an office location to open a local business very quickly. Couldn’t recommend anyone more!

Magnolia did a terrific job for us as our realtor. From the time we contacted her, she worked diligently to thoroughly research and check out properties for us. We are from out of town, so it was imperative for us to have a realtor who could preview properties that interested us, without having to drive 6 hours each time we found something.

We found a piece of property on a Wednesday, sent it to Magnolia, who then checked it out for us. We were able to come down that Saturday to view it, and Magnolia had our offer in by the middle of the day. She represented us well, and our offer was accepted by the end of the day. She was a true advocate for us, being sure that we got the best deal and that our concerns were addressed.

I would highly recommend Magnolia as a realtor. Her personality is fantastic and she was a joy to work with. She always responded to us in a timely manner and invested her time in doing a wonderful job for us. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!!

I'm thankful my wife steered me Magnolia's way. Magnolia worked hard to find a tremendous number of
options for us in a very difficult marketplace. And working for me is no bed of roses, I can confirm. Magnolia was thoughtful and concerned about making sure that the house we got was not only the one we wanted, but also the best fit for us. Were we ever to move again, hopefully we won't, we'd certainly have Magnolia leading the way again.
