Magnus is by far the most proactive, professional and dedicated realtor that I have ever worked with. I bought and sold quite a few properties before I met him, and I have to say I came to accept mediocrity in the profession. After the first week with him I knew he was different. He answered his phone, he got back to me when he said he would, and he never made a promise that he could not keep. I always knew that I could count on him. I am very busy with my own job, my family and my life. I need someone who I can depend on for my real estate needs. Finally I have Magnus to take good care of me. Thank you Magnus!

Magnus helped me buy my current home. He is very nice, patient, knowledgable, and always accessible. He spent a lot of time with me looking at properties, and when we found the one i wanted, he handled everthing for me. He really knows the market, and I always felt I was in good hands. Magnus was a great agent; he is very knowledgeable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect resale value. He is also aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. He is also always on time and very responsive to emails and phone calls. We were considering selling our home in order to downsize. We interviewed several of the most productive and prominent realtors in our neighborhood for advice on timing and asking price. After our discussions with Magnus, his advice was to place a considerably higher price than had been suggested by all other realtors. His reasoning was, our home was beautiful and comfortable which would appeal to a select few buyers. Happily, the house sold within just a few days. He handled the following details quickly, thoroughly with minimal input from us. He made the process painless and netted us a lot more for our sale. We couldn't be more pleased.

Magnus is the best Realtor I have ever come across. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and always have clients best interest at heart. He went extra miles to help me in purchasing a property in Miami. As I don't live in the States, the process of buying a property in Miami was very daunting to me in the beginning as a lot of processes were different to UK. Magnus explained things very well and clear to me; he always responded on a timely manner. Magnus's help made buying a property in Miami possible and I was very happy with Magnus's service.
