My wife and I bought and sold multiple houses through Mr. Mahmood Ebrahim and rented out via him.

He is a very experienced realtor, and he strives to put the client's interest first. He is great at negotiating and dealing with the counter parties/agents.

He is a Civil Engineer, so that makes him very accurate in pointing out the pros and cons on conditions of house when buying a house. He provides sound advice on the home, area selection, maintenance, re-sale value, everything you need to know about home buying. If you are selling, he is most up to date with current market fashion and design that would sell your property in weeks.

He knows a very good inspection guy who goes over every detail. He helps out talking to the bank/mortgage folks, and he takes time to go over all the paper work very carefully. He also knows a bunch of contractors and handymen for flooring, carpet, painting & remodeling for cheap. He was available spending his precious time bargaining with the contractors.

The home buying process can be so overwhelming and scary. Thankfully, we had Mahmood Ebrahim to brighten the whole process! Mahmood Ebrahim is the consummate professional. He is honest, highly ethical, caring, thoughtful, strategic, and advocates for the clients he represents in either the purchase or sale of their home with their best interests first in mind. He gets out the right information about the properties, upfront on his fees and charges (which I think are the lowest around.) First and for most I am a first time home buyer and Mahmood was amazing and teaching me the ins and outs of realty and purchasing a home. Mahmood went above and beyond his job description and made sure that I was taking care of and made all the appropriate steps in securing a beautiful home. I was out to sea when closing documents had to be signed and he was by my fiancés side signing the documents and making sure everything was correct. I would recommend Mahmood to anyone. I will use Mahmood when I am ready to purchase another home in San Diego, CA

Mahmood to this day is still helping me. He goes above and beyond. Great advice, great mentor ship and great attitude. I am refinancing my home and he’s willing to answer any questions. Mr Mahmood has helped me in all aspects of home buying process:
Finding & taking appointments to show non-open houses.
Finding and reaching on time for open-house schedules.
Discussing with selling agent to negotiate the price.
Understanding the needs of buyer and guiding on affordability.
Follow-up after showings and tapping on exact price that the property can be worth.
Honesty in explaining the repairs needed in property.
Understanding each and every document of the escrow process & loan process and guide in keeping the costs under check.
Mahmood will never push to buy if you don't like the property and always give pros and cons.

He has really really good understanding of Market.

He is just not helping in buying process but also helping in guiding and talking to the property managers of your previous rent/own properties if needed and help in the repairs after the sale is done. He really goes beyond his work by thinking your loss is his loss which I find many realtors do not have this quality.

Everyone will feel lucky when they start working with him.
To appraise his work, I would like to use words more than thanks if available in any language.
Some sites provide 5 stars and some provide 10 stars but for him those stars are not enough.
I will highly recommend him with out any doubt.

Finally we are homeowners now. Thanks to Mahmood to help us buy our first home. He showed patience and always had time for numerous open houses we visited as well as many houses during week days and some even after hours. He always guided us with good and bad instead of pushing to go quickly for a house and finally we did found our dream home.
Mahmood is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hard working.
He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He have a really good understanding of the local market and cannot thank him enough for his hard work.
He is a complete package, not only from offer made to close but he guided with many other ups and down faced during the whole process which eventually everyone will know once they start working with him.
