My experience with Maisa is totally different. Maisa worked with me by pulling together something that I thought was impossible. We went to see exactly twenty one houses , she was patient with me. She took her time to give me an honest opinion about where I should be with my children and be safe. We had to sell the existing house in an extremely short period of time and buy my next one. The clock was definitely not on my side but she was able to gather everything in a timely manner. You have to be in my shoes to really understand what I have gone through. I am truly grateful for what she has done and today I am in the house that I picked and thank to her. She helped me solved the puzzle at the end. She put that last piece and voila. Thank you 🙏 Maisa and keep it up.

Maisa help me buy my first home back in November.. she took her time and told me everything that had to be done… when it came to putting in a offer on the house, she was right about how it would happen and what she thought was the best approach..she was very efficient.. we closed in 30 days on time… she stay in contact with me and the seller at all times.. at closing she was on time and ready to go over everything at closing… I will be doing more business with Maisa in the later future when it comes to my house shopping… will not be disappointed by Maisa..

Maisa was recommended to me by a friend when I was only just thinking about buying a house. I reached out and the rest was history. She kept in touch until I was ready and she never forced me into anything I didn’t like. She’s very patient and knowledgeable and very kind and fun to work with. She made herself available to tour whenever we wanted. I didn’t know anything about home buying but she got caught me up and linked me to my lender who was also great!

Working with Maisa was great ! The buying process took me over a year and Maisa was incredibly patient with me but let me tell you, once I found a place, she made the process extremely smooth. Maisa is very knowledgeable in her field. Answered all 100's of questions I had and if she didn't have an answer, she knew exactly where to get it and in a timely manner. She is a professional and I am happy with my overall experience working with Maisa. If you need a realtor, I definitely recommend her.

Maisa is an incredible realtor!! She is very adamant about finding the best home for you that fits your needs. Being a first time home buyer, the entire process was very intimidating and seemingly impossible. Maisa really took the edge off and broke it down into simple steps that allowed me to focus more so on what is best for me rather than becoming overwhelmed by everything happening. She is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you understand every minute detail and are comfortable throughout the journey. I met Maisa during the open house around last Thanksgiving. She is very professional, responsive and honest. Being out of town buyer, Maisa went out of her way to accommodate my schedule, even during her honeymoon! Maisa just helped us find and buy our first home and was a dream to work with start to finish. We visited on a tight timeline — she schlepped us to 9 (!!) houses in one day all over the city and made a busy, stressful day fun. She’s patiently answered all of our anxious questions and has done incredibly running point between us and the sellers. She also introduced us to a great mortgage broker. If you’re moving to the DMV, Maisa is 100% the person you want to work with.

Maisa was my realtor for my first home buying experience. I cannot say enough how knowledgeable she was in her field and how dedicated she was to making sure I had the best experience while minimizing my own personal stress. The time she put in, compromising her own wknds and nights, to accommodate my shift schedule is a testament to her as person and her work ethic. I walked away with many incentives and closing costs paid for in a market that does not see such during this time. If that doesn’t speak for itself! Definitely plan on utilizing her for my next home buying process!

Working with Maisa was a fantastic experience. She was always available and made time for me whether it was an in person showing or virtual showing. Today’s housing market is very challenging, but even still Maisa was able to get me sellers concessions which helped a lot. Maisa stays positive and always kept my mind at ease. Maisa is one of the best realtor‘s in the DMV area. Her work ethic is unlike any realtor that I have worked with before.
