Over the past decade, Maisha Fair has executed numerous community and business partnerships with private corporations and non-profit agencies, including providing business customer relations, in Phoenix, Arizona.

She is a pioneer in the community development genre as she has been responsible for numerous service activities and community outreach initiatives and events throughout Maricopa County. She has received great satisfaction in finding ways to help those who have found themselves in tough situations.

Not until 2007 did she decide to take those experiences and start a career in real estate and continue serving the community. Her goal was to grow minority and women homeownership in Arizona; however, she had to quickly add helping first-time home buyers.

She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management backed with many years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager with AT&T and Cingular Wireless, with an emphasis in Minority Markets which has afforded her a unique set of experiences that have allowed her to work with many diverse people in the community.

In her first year with Re/Max New Heights Realty, she was named Rookie of the Year and in years to follow, she has been presented with the Re/Max 100% Club award. She attributes her success to providing exceptional service along with professionalism to all of her clients, both buyers, and sellers.
