We had the pleasure of being put with Makayla through Zillow and I cannot express enough how happy I am that they gave us her. We looked at a few houses 2 years ago and then decided it was not the time for us to purchase. I reached back out two years later and she immediately started helping us and spent lots of time looking at homes with us. I’m very picky and she handled me shooting down lots of houses very well and paid attention to what I liked and didn’t like and used that to suggest homes that had not come on just yet and show us them as soon as they did. I am so happy she paid attention and then used that to make our experience with her better. She was so knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining how everything works and even other aspects of buying a home she was able to help give clarity on. Her communication is absolutely amazing which made everything 10x easier. We are in our early 20’s so this was all brand new to us. We can’t say enough good things or recommend her to people enough. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. She had our best interest in mind which I cannot thank her enough for because it would have been so easy to push us to buy a house we didn’t love just for a quick check, but she didn’t. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is so nice and understanding!! We absolutely love her, please use her because you won’t regret it and will have the best experience ever! We just closed on our house after searching for the perfect one for almost 3 months. Thank you so so much Makayla, we absolutely love our home and loved our experience!

I have worked with Makayla twice in the last four years. She is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. She knows the Topeka area very well and ensured we found a nice house in our budget. When we were then selling that house, she went above and beyond to make sure our home was presentable and priced appropriately. Makayla was very good at communicating with us throughout the entire buying and selling process. I can't recommend her enough!
