I was referred to Maleka Green by my Aunt during a very challenging time in my life. After approximately nine (9) years of marriage, I seriously contemplated divorce and selling our beautiful $400,000+ home in Fort Washington, Maryland.
I remember as if it was yesterday, Maleka invited me to breakfast! Her pleasant personality & smile made it easy for me to discuss my challenges at the time. She was very easy to talk to.
Maleka visited our home, met with my husband at the time and myself. She highlighted the numerous positive aspects of our home, neighborhood, and community. She used her professionalism and YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in Real Estate and negotiated an acceptable proposal to our mortgage company to facilitate an AGREEABLE "Short Sale." The mortgage company did not have to agree to Malika's recommendation. *Fortunately for us, the mortgage company did agree and accepted the "Short Sale offer."

Maleka has done a excellent job helping me with my Mother’s property. She is always available, and reliable. Maleka also has a wonderful way of explaining things so that you can understand the process and the best options available to you. If you need some that is trustworthy she is the one to call. Maleka also can look at a property and visualize ways to beautify your property. She made my mother’s property look like a vacation getaway! My family couldn’t be more amazed at the work she did in my mother’s home. We are happy and satisfied with Maleka and the work she has done. She is pure perfection at best.😌

I truly enjoyed working with Maleka as my realtor. We used her to buy our new home and sell the old one. Maleka was just amazing! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and all around awesome! She answered questions that the loan officers, appraisers, and inspectors were not available to answer and alleviated so much of my stress and anxiety. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
