I can’t say enough how there for us Malesta was during our house hunt. Always happy to help, and quick to answer any question we had no matter how simple the answer may have been. It was a joy to work with her and I would highly recommend anyone on the hunt enlist her services if possible. We were very lucky to come across someone so honest in their opinions and how she conducts her business. It was all much appreciated.

Everything about the home buying process with Malesta was amazing. She was extremely thoughtful and really listened to what we were looking for in a first home. Malesta is extremely knowledgable about the areas we were looking at which made it easy since we are newer to North Carolina. Malesta is by far the best realtor I've worked with. I'm not super comfortable with the home buying process and she took all the weight off my shoulders and made sure all the boxes were ticked at each step along the way. Cannot stress enough how thankful I am for her gloves-off approach once negotiations were underway. My house was still being constructed after earnest was put down and she stayed on top of the builder and held them accountable for all of their timelines. 10/10 would recommend.
