My past Sales over the years have comprised a wide variety of Pre-Owned Homes in all price ranges, New Construction Homes, Estates, Homes on Acreage, Farm and Ranch Properties, and Light Commercial. The areas I serve the most are within the Counties of Tarrant, Denton, Wise, Parker, Cooke, Grayson, Collin & Montague and sometimes beyond. My Business is based on repeat Clients and Referrals. Customer satisfaction during and after the Sale is my top priority.
Originally, I moved here to Texas in 1989 to own and manage Crosby Farms, a Horse Breeding Ranch, which I did successfully for over 30 years. Along with the Horses, I enjoyed buying Properties, updating them, and then selling them. So, it was a natural step when I decided in 2004 to become a full time REALTOR, starting with Keller Williams. I moved on to RE/MAX in 2007. In 2011, I became a Broker-Associate with RE/MAX. From January 2014 thru November 2016 I was the Designated Broker for RE/MAX LoneStar in Colleyville, Texas.
Recently, I have gone one step further and am now the Broker/Owner of the new virtual Office, SUCCESS REALTY GROUP in Southlake, Texas.
