Malia did an awesome job helping me find my first home. We looked at a few different places and discussed our thoughts on each home. As soon as I told her which home I wanted, she strategized and within a few days, I was in escrow. Throughout the process, Malia was very patient with me and helped me understand each step. She connected me with a lender that she worked with and between the both of them, they broke down each step for me so that I could understand what was going on and why. Malia was also available every time I called or texted. She answered all my questions with clarity and was very professional. Malia also always looked out for my best interest. Today I am currently living in the place I wanted and couldn’t be happier. I am so thankful that I chose Malia to be my realtor and would highly recommend her if anyone is considering selling or buying a home. I know that I will be using her for my next home purchase.
