Since we first met, Malinda has been a cheerleader, confidant and overall genuine person.

Malinda has made buying a house enjoyable. When buying a house you should not feel stressed, pressured, overwhelmed, or exhaustion. Some realtors bring you to this point because they are in it just for the money. Malinda is in it also for your family. She really wants her clients to be happy with their important big purchase. Malinda told me she could visualize me on my treadmill in my new sunroom. I have forgotten I told her that. She knows our dreams and makes them a reality for the whole family. To be apart of her clients happiness is truly her happiness. She will work hard to achieve that goal and won’t settle for anything less. Malinda is the realtor everyone home seller and home buyer needs. She took one look at my house and immediately said that it would sell fast. It did! I received 11 offers on my home and two of them were all cash offers! She also assisted me with my new home purchase. She was very patient with me and was mindful of all the features that I was looking for in my new home. Every time I asked to meet to view a home she was always available. She offered advice when I asked for it and never tried to sway me away from what I wanted. She is an excellent realtor! I would highly recommend her. I will definitely use her again when I’m ready for another home.

Malinda came through for me when i wanted to sell my home and relocate to a different state. Her services isn’t just to get your home sold, but to make sure you are getting what your home is worth, and also offer weekly house cleaning if needed and someone comes out for curb appeal if needed. She has a professional photographer that comes in and take pictures of your home. (Angles are everything). My house sold in no time. Thank you for being the professional person that you are and assisting me with getting my home sold.

P.S I have a dog and no kennel. Malinda even loaned me a kennel to make it safe for buyers to look at my home. That’s going above and beyond. Malinda went above and beyond. I’m a satisfied client.
