Malone Hodges

Malone Hodges lives in Carmel-by-the-Sea with his wife, Aleix, and two young sons, Bryce age 12, and Colin age 9. After working and living all over the world, Malone and Aleix chose Carmel as the place to live and raise a family.

As the former President and CEO of an international technology start-up, Malone negotiated complex and challenging business transactions in the United States and overseas. His negotiation skills and attention to detail helped him build a successful company with operations in several countries.

After moving to Carmel, Malone joined Sotheby's International and climbed through their ranks to become a top producer. His approach to real estate was driven by his experience of hiring professionals (whether lawyers, accountants, or scientists) and what he came to expect from them.

In July of 2010 Malone became the Managing Broker of Carmel Realty Company. A storied local real estate brand but one that had been focused on property management for many years. Malone, the team of professional support staff, the owners (all active Realtors themselves), and the 26 agents have built Carmel Realty into the premier luxury real estate brand in Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Carmel Valley.
