Mandel Comeau

Mandel is an honest, dedicated and hard-working Real estate professional born and raised in the South Shore who now resides in Quincy, MA with his girlfriend. As the child of two immigrants Mandel understood from a young age that there is no triumph without hard work. His father was the first in his family to purchase a home in the U.S. and he grew up watching his parents and older brother put in the hard work to build a life and security through real estate. Seeing his brother follow this path by buying, flipping and leveraging properties to create his ideal life led him to get his real estate license. After managing in retail for a year and helping friends and family with first time purchases, rentals and their real estate portfolios Mandel realized he truly loved helping people move forward in life by making the process and their lives easier. Seeing the happiness and excitement they experience when crossing the finish line inspired him to find more ways to help people. During this time he discovered that most of his family members and homeowner friends were paying hundreds of dollars a month for electricity, something his immediate family did not experience because they added solar panels in 2011. After speaking with a friend in the industry he got two of his Aunt's into a program that installed solar panels on their roofs at no cost instantly saving them hundreds of dollars a month. This pushed Mandel to get pursue real estate full time after realizing helping people reach their goals and making their lives easier gave him purpose and made him happier than almost anything. His skills and resources include marketing, advertising, professional photography, staging, floor plans, video tours, Market analysis, and lining up contractors as needed. Mandel takes pride in making each transaction as easy, smooth and transparent as possible for his clients.
