Mandi McDonald

Born and raised in Lubbock, Mandi McDonald is a professional real estate agent with The Monarch Group. A Texas Tech graduate, Mandi spent three years working in education before realizing her passion for real estate, where she has served the community since 2018. Since then, Mandi has been named a top-producer for 4 straight years, holding awards from RE/MAX since 2019 which include being a member of the “100% Club” as well as the “Executive Club.”

A Lubbock native, Mandi is a natural problem-solver both passionate and knowledgeable about her community. Her local network is vast, and her work ethic is unmatched.
