About Mandy

Mandy is a native of the Montrose area. She started her real estate career right out of high school as a RE/MAX agent. From there, Mandy went on to work as a corporate real estate specialist for Xcel Energy in Denver, dealing with high-profile commercial and industrial projects covering a multi-state area. From these experiences, Mandy decided to start her own real estate company and move back to the Montrose area. Mandy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with a management concentration from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University). She also was a member of the City of Montrose Planning Commission and worked as a contract agent for Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, focusing on right-of-way projects and governmental affairs. She now enjoys running the Norris-Snell Real Estate offices and enjoys working hard for her buyer and seller clients in the area. Mandy is married to former NFL player Isaac Snell. Together they have two wonderful children, Colton, and Reagan., and negotiation talents.
