Mandy Pope

As a western North Carolina native, her dream was always to live
on the North Carolina coast. So many of her wonderful family memories were made
while vacationing on the coast as she grew up, and she loved keeping the
tradition alive with her own family as an adult.

When her husband’s job relocated their family to the coast of
North Carolina in 2008, Mandy couldn’t believe her good fortune! Her dream to
live in this unbelievable place, combined with her family’s love for Ocean Isle
Beach was achieved and the beautiful coast became her home!

Mandy Pope is a native North Carolinian, a wife to Sean
for 25 years, and a mother to McKenzie who attends The University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill and Carson who attends North Carolina State University.
Before children she was a District manager with Cato supervising 10 stores.
Once she became a mom, she wanted to be home enjoying all the time she could
with her children. She gave up her career to stay home raising her children.
She worked part time for her church and as a preschool teacher. She also
volunteered countless hours with the local schools. Using her sales background,
strong people and organizational skills, and staunch beliefs in honesty and
integrity, she is now pursuing a new dream.

When not selling real estate, Mandy enjoys spending time with
her family and dogs, going to college sporting events, reading, walks on the
beach, boating and actively volunteering in her local community.

Having bought and sold several homes herself, Mandy enjoys
helping clients achieve their goal of homeownership. She understands the
importance of finding the perfect home and will work hard for buyers and
sellers to make their dreams a reality. Whether buying, selling or
