I worked with Mandy Rush and her assistant Sophia, during a referral deal for a family member of mine. Whenever I am helping family members/friends work with referral agents, I like to make sure that they are going to get the best care they can receive from an outside office. When speaking with Mandy initially, I felt confident that my family member would be in great hands with Mandy and her team. Her expertise/knowledge of Real Estate was apparent and she was welcoming and caring from the start. Mandy's team kept me in the loop throughout the transaction and made the closing of the deal seamless. I highly recommend anyone in the Grand Junction are to reach out if you are looking for a competent and knowledgeable real estate agent!

We recently relocated to Grand Junction and our friends recommended Mandy Rush to handle our real estate needs. We are so glad they did!

As a Grand Junction native, Mandy’s extensive knowledge about all parts of Mesa County, as well as Montrose and Delta, was invaluable. Seeing homes in these local cities and towns provided great insight and clarification on what area was right for us. She educated us on things common to Mesa County (irrigation, soil conditions, etc.), which helped us prepare for our new chapter here. She made a deliberate effort to understand what we were looking for in a house/property. She wanted our feedback after each showing in order to get a solid grasp on our wish list and she was very patient when we weren't sure of those wants and needs ourselves!
