MANDY WHEELER

Born and raised in Maine, Mandy started her real estate career when she was 3 years old, showing guests to their rooms at the hotel her parents managed in Bethel, Maine.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 2013, Mandy has quickly become a top producer in southern and midcoast Maine. She was awarded Portland Realtor of The Year 2018 by the Portland Phoenix Magazine, and that same year went back to real estate school, got her Designated Brokers license (the highest form of licensing you can get in the state), and with that, opened up her own real estate agency, Urban and Rural (U&R) Real Estate! She was voted Portland’s Realtor of the Year again in 2021 by the Portland Old Port magazine.
Mandy works within an hour or so radius of the Portland area, and she works with both buyers and sellers. She understands the valuable investment in real estate - she owns many real estate investments, including a house near the beach in Scarborough, a multi unit in the brewery area of Portland, a 16 acre farm in Bowdoinham, an island in Greenville, a wellness center/wedding venue in Shapleigh (check out @thegoldenheartestate to learn more!), a duplex near downtown Austin, Texas and a winter getaway near the beach in St Petersburg, Florida.
When not practicing real estate, Mandy’s often advocating for the rights of animals. Her dream is to eventually have an animal sanctuary, where all living beings will be treated with the same compassion and love. When not working, she likes spending time with her husband Clayton and their 2 pets: an elderly kitty named Retha, and a Puerto Rican street dog named Coconut. You’ll also find Mandy riding her vintage Honda motorcycles, hanging out outside as much as possible, practicing yoga, and playing Fortnite.
