My husband and I came from out of state and quite frankly didn't think there could be much difference in realtors, boy were we wrong. We were assigned a realtor from a popular real estate agency and explained to him what we were looking for. He did not show us those types of houses and he did not seem like he really understood very much. We met Manfred because he was actually the realtor of a house we were looking at with the first realtor. We were so impressed of his professionalism and his vast knowledge of the rules and regulations. We still did not come up with a house that we liked for a long time, when our contract was up with the original realtor we contacted Manfred and within a week we found the perfect house. Manfred is a true professional to work with. He helped us through the whole process of buying our new house and was extremely attentive to our needs. So easy to work with. He made buying our house stress free! Manfred is the BEST! Such a nice person too!!!

We had a very positive experience! He made it very easy for us with the usage of an app to see multiple listings and he had a route picked out for us to tour houses based on the ones we showed interest.

We didn't find it that day, but he took our likes and dislikes of the previous showing, scheduled another outing quickly and NAILED it! Every house we went to we liked and it was a matter of location and topography with the number of choices.

But his services didn't end there. He helped with obtaining the inspector and followed up with the seller to discuss work that needed to be done. He checked on the progress frequently, even without me having to ask.

He was always reachable by phone or returned called promptly. He never showed up to our meeting on time .... he was ALWAYS early and there before us. (and personally, if we are on time, we consider ourselves late)

I would highly recommend Manfred and we will be using his services again when we go to sell.

Manfred Lewis exceeded our expectations for selling our house. We had 2 real estate agents and tried FSBO with no luck over the course of 3 years. I contacted Mr. Lewis and we listed our property several weeks later and the house was under contract before 24 hours had passed after he listed it, for a FULL price offer! Mr. Lewis was very detail oriented and made the whole process run smoothly, by going above and beyond what any agent had ever done for us. I called the realtor who sold us our house originally. No answer and no reply. The next day I called Manfred and spoke with him right away. Manfred was in my living room the next day. He went over everything that Manfred does to sell homes and serves they provide for us as sellers. We were so impressed we decided to move forward without hesitation. Throughout the entire process of selling our house and buying another I could always get a hold of Dan and our financier (provided by Madlom) anytime we needed. As stressful as it can be going through the process I'm sure it could have been a lot worse without the prompt and professional work by Dan and Donnie. Every step of the process was planned out and disgusted with me and my wife so that we felt comfortable and confident from first meeting to final closing on both of our homes.
