Mania Persekian

Mania is a highly driven, detail-oriented, and motivated REALTOR®. Born and raised in Syria, Mania moved to the U.S as a teenager. This pivotal life event during her formative years instilled a sense of community and family values which she carries with her throughout every Real Estate transaction. Before getting her license in 2016, her family owned a kitchen and bath showroom, laying the foundation for her extensive knowledge of quality artistry, construction, staging, and showcasing homes. Mania prides herself on being an excellent negotiator and someone who loves connecting and interacting with people. She values her community and clients and is constantly finding ways to give back to those around her.
