Formerly in the investment banking field for nearly a decade, Manju understands the finances as well as associated emotions involved in the purchase or sale of a home and dedicates her time and talents to walking buyers and sellers through the process to achieve the most rewarding outcome. Born in India and raised on Long Island, Manju graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Her tenure in investment banking enabled her to focus on client service, hone her keen analytical and negotiating skills, and find creative solutions to the challenges involved in orchestrating complex financial transactions. A West Village resident and homeowner, Manju has always had a personal interest in architecture, design, and real estate as an investor in several of her own properties over the years. Her residency in Manhattan since the age of eighteen has given her a broad market perspective and an intimate knowledge of the city's various unique neighborhoods. Outside of work, Manju loves to design jewelry and is actively involved in a number of volunteer organizations. She also loves to travel when the opportunity allows.
