When Manlin is not showing homes and closing deals in long island NY, he is enjoying the outdoors with his friends and family. After traveling to 9 countries and 20 states out of 48, he is confident in saying: New York has it all! And even after visiting so many different places around the world he still chooses to reside in the beautiful area.

His passion for real estate started in 2010 with his Family's first home. This passion grew through the sale and purchase of his second home and he knew he found his calling – he wanted people to feel the pride that comes with ownership and the great success when selling.

Even though buying a home is one of the biggest purchases of your life, his philosophy is that Real Estate should be fun, not stressful. He is a natural teacher and he makes the process smooth, streamlined and efficient. With his knowledge about the market, he prices your home to sell quickly and work to get you top dollar. On the buying side, his expertise lies in communication, negotiation and knowing the value of houses. He works to clarify the needs and wants of buyers, work to find suitable options and then keep the process moving forward all the way up to closing day, and always with my client’s needs first.
