Manny Baginski

Manny was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. Her passion for Real Estate started in Berlin while working for the government agency “Treuhand Liegenschafts Gesellschaft”, established after the reunification of Germany to develop, sell and lease land, manufacturing facilities, farms etc.

In 1998 she came to St. Petersburg and fell in love with the area. After working a few years at the State Attorney’s Office, she decided in 2004 to return to the work she is most passionate about – Real Estate.

She works with local and national land developers and has successfully seen through several developments from conception to the final sales process.
