Manny was an absolute pleasure to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers so the process of buying a home was completely new to us. Manny was incredibly patient with us, going to house viewings consistently for 4-6 weeks in a row. At times we got discouraged due to market being so tight, but Manny kept motivating us and encouraging us throughout the entire process. Once we got to escrow we had a million and one questions. Never did we feel uncomfortable reaching out to Manny, any time of the day. He answered every question we had and got on calls with us multiple times a day to clarify things for us. We now own a house and we are incredibly thankful for Manny and what he has done for us. Buying a house is is not an easy task, but Manny made it a wonderful experience. Manny is awesome! We dealt with almost 10 other realtors before discovering Manny (about 8 years ago). When we moved to Los Angeles 6 years back, we called Manny to save us from another agent who had us in a nosedive. Our issue was time sensitive, so we called Manny in a panic. Manny drove up to LA, and managed the situation like a super hero. I'm not exaggerating. Manny stayed in contract and was always available to answer questions and relieve stress and anxiety. Manny Behar is one of a kind, The Best realtor in town.
Manny was available at ALL times, and constantly sent us updates. he was able to find our dream home, he really listen to our needs. Everything he said from the beginning was done. From the moment we met him we just knew he was going to find us a house with no problem.

In 2009, when we saw the real estate crisis continue to decline, we decided to purchase a condominium to live in and as valuable investment.The unit was deserted from owners who left due to foreclosure. We managed to withdraw an excellent price from the bank, who owned it, for the unit. Quite soon we began renovation, lived there for a number of years. After 4 years we left the country for the benefit of moving to Israel. Manny effectively handled all the bureaucracy associated with selling a home, and put attractive furniture rental, in order to get a quick sale. Indeed, within a month or so, the unit was sold at an excellent price, and Manny handled everything required to complete the transaction and transfer the funds to our accounts. Manny Behar is a very efficient, professional, real estate agent. Prior to Manny Behar, I had spoken to many real estate agents who discouraged me in my asking price. The housing market was already rapidly declining and they said that houses were hard to sell. Manny placed my house on the market, with a great positive attitude he said: No problem! . Despite his positive attitude I was conviced it would take at least few months to sell. To my great surprise Manny sold it in one week and for the price I wanted to sell it for!
