Manny Harwil is a real estate executive with over 20 years of sales, marketing, property management, and appraisal experience. Due to the depth of his experience and the breadth of his knowledge in real estate matters, Manny has repeatedly sought after to represent and broker some of the most exclusive properties in the US and overseas. He provides expert guidance, and personalized solutions and masterfully negotiates the most profitable deals. Manny graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Management, and he also earned a master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and holds Property Management Certification PMC. Previously, he held a Real Estate Appraisal license from the State of California.
Always searching for the perfect way to give back, Manny is a court mediator, and an active member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, where he is an instructor and vessel examiner. His hobbies include sailing, art, and traveling.
