Manny did a great job and was super easy to work with. He sold our house and got well above asking price. With the market being saturated with buyers, bidding wars and low inventory my wife and I were very scared that we wouldn’t get what we wanted, or would have to sacrifice just to get an accepted offer. We looked at several houses and found the one we really wanted. We were prepared to offer well over asking, and knew we would be in a bidding war against several other buyers. Manny negotiated with the seller and we skipped all of the hassle and was able to get us a deal at a price we were more than happy to pay.

I would absolutely recommend Manny as his knowledge of the market, and the Phoenix area really separate him from the rest.

Highly recommend Manuel!! He was very informative and responsive from day one. He ensured to be available any day we needed him especially due to how fast we needed to sale our home and find a new one. Wouldn’t have asked for a better person to work with!
