I have so many good things to say about Manuel that I don’t even know where to start. As a first time home buyer my fiancé and I really had no clue on where to begin. After reaching out to Manuel he assured us he would get us into our dream home. After speaking to him the very first day he emailed me a list with numerous potential homes that met my criteria. Each list consisted of well over 15homes. He would guide me and tell me in the list which homes had hoa fees, which had good school districts as well as which had higher or cheaper taxes. Any home on the list I wanted to see he would take me to see them. I would sometimes randomly call him and tell him I want to see a house within the next hour and he would literally rearrange his schedule to take me to see it. At one point my call log literally read his name only. He was available to me 24/7. No matter what time I called him with a question or concern he was always there. We went to see numerous homes together. Sometimes I would get discouraged and think it was impossible but he never lost faith he always assured me we would find the one no matter how long it took. Manuel was really a blessing in this process. He was patient, always kind and made sure I was going to get exactly what I asked for. He never convinced me to get anything I didn’t want. The home buying process took awhile for us because I was being picky because after all it was my first home. All I can say now is thanks to Manuel his hard work has finally paid off. On Oct 31 we officially closed on our 4 bedroom house and I couldn’t be any happier. I still wake up like omg I am in the house that I really wanted. My home buying process was not ordinary because I got paid with personal checks rather than payroll checks but he knows a lot of people who specialize in getting you the right loan and trust me If they got me approved they will definitely get you approved. I honestly truly recommend him as a realtor. Even after getting the house he still checks on me every once in a while to see how I am doing and that really means a lot. For him it wasn’t just about selling a home but also building a bond. Thank you so much Manuel you have no idea how much you have changed my life. I could literally go on forever about him lol but I’ll let you find out for yourself . Trust me if you’re looking for a house hire him you won’t regret it.

Manny was a excellent choice for me and mother when buying our home. He went above and beyond to find our now home and we couldn’t be happier. It’s exactly what we wanted and more. Because of Manny we were able to visit and make an offer on our home before it was even available on the market! Manny will always be our choice when buying or selling a home in the future.
