I recently had the pleasure of working with Manny to purchase my dream home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. When we finally found the home that met our needs, Manny went above and beyond to negotiate a great deal for me. Thanks to his negotiation skills, we were able to purchase the home for 20% less than the asking price and have the sellers pay the entire closing costs. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Manny was really easy to work with. I had some specific requests in what I was looking for and he was extremely accommodating. He was easy to deal and honest like working with a friend. He also made sure I got the deal that was best for me. Definitely recommend him to anyone who isn’t very knowledgeable and needs some hand holding along the entire process.
