Marc's team stepped up. They help organize contractors for repair and inspections. Then, they took it to another level and help me coordinate moving logistics. When Marc said we were ready, we put it on the market and the property got numerous offers, selling in just two days. Marc and his team guided us through the entire home selling experience and were able to sell our home in less than 48 hours after listing. What's even more special; they never fail to do the little things that make all the difference. For example, we replaced our entire upstairs carpet a few months before listing it. Marc's team delivered a basket with booties for folks to wear during showings and our open house!

I reached out to few realtors for my real estate needs. Right after that I got busy with other life priorities hence most of them dropped off and didn’t bother to reach out to me. On the other hand Alyssa Chalifoux was politely persistent and kept in touch with me; she didn’t let me feel as if she is harassing me or she wasn’t reaching out to me more frequently than expected. His team of professionals keep you informed every step of the way. If you need professional contractors to assist you with any repairs he has them for you. Marc and the whole Exit Realty team were great to work with from start to finish. We sold our old home and bought a new one with them. From the beginning they were very attentive and explained the entire process from the beginning to the end. They gave their expert advise on what to do to get our home ready to get the most value. They used in depth marketing to get as much traffic at our showings as possible to have the best chance at a higher sale price.

Then in the buying process, Trent Dankos went above and beyond to help us. He was very open with his schedule to make sure we got in to see the many houses we wanted to tour. While we looked around, he always went through the house and checked all of the things people may overlook. He’d check the HVAC units, the quality of the hardwood floors and door frames, the ceilings and floors for signs of leaks, and just a general quality check of the status of the house. Trent also was knowledgeable and gave expert advice on what it would take to get your offer accepted.

The Trent Dankos, Exit Realty team are absolutely the best! Their marketing, negotiating skills and overall professionalism are second to none! My home had been on the market for 5 months with little or no luck with another brokerage. I had multiple showings and 2 offers at different times. The first buyer backed out early in the process and the second backed out the day of closing leaving me with bills from vendors who had done work from the home inspection THEY requested! I met with a number of realtors when I decided in August to sell my rental house "as is" and chose Mike Boone of Exit First because he was very clear about every detail and offered a military (or educator) discount. As promised, he maintained contact on a very regular basis and even endured unprecedented poor behavior from exiting tenants. By September we had a reasonable offer and closed in October. Mike communicated throughout the whole process, with assurances, timelines, cost analyses and even recommended a great tax consultant because I was unsure how capital gains worked.
