Marc was my realtor for my new home purchase in Marietta, GA. I am moving from out of state. I relied on Marc’s expertise on the area and on the process of moving from another state which I had not done before. This was my wife’s and my third time purchasing a home, and fifth overall transaction between buying and selling homes; however, it was our first time buying in another state. Marc was an amazing realtor when it came to being super informative and knowledgeable about the areas we were considering, the market, relocating to another state, and even which lender to use for the transaction. Marc also has an excellent YouTube channel focused on living in Atlanta which provided us with a ton of additional information. My wife and I had about a thousand questions and concerns throughout the whole process, and Marc was there each step of the way to make sure we had all of the answers we were looking for and as much confidence with our decisions as possible. Me and my wife were recently married and looking to purchase our first home together. We are about to be empty nesters and wanted to be in the city. We just purchased our first home, and couldn't have done it without Marc and Jose. Originally we came across Marc's YouTube page while looking for home buying information for Atlanta. Based on those videos we had a good idea that Marc would be the realtor for us, and we were not disappointed.

Marc and Jose were always a phone call, text, or e-mail away and were always very responsive any time we contacted them. They are very realistic in their approach to buying a home and they really had our best interest in mind.

If you are looking for a realty team that knows the Atlanta market well and will work closely with you to find the right house, you've found them. We wouldn't think about going with anyone else the next time we are looking to buy or sell.

I am a new real estate investor, but I also was a first-time homebuyer with the property I closed on recently. From the first conversation I had with Marc on, it was a pleasure working with him. He helped guide me through the entire process, but did not once pressure me into jumping into a bad deal. He was quick to respond when I needed him, and he always followed up. If he was busy a particular day, He still made time to acknowledge me reaching out, and let me know he will get back to me. As an investor, I knew exactly what I was looking for, But in today's market that means being very patient. This property is a live-in investment for my girlfriend and I, as we get started on our real estate investing journey. Marc understood that, and did not get frustrated. As an investor, you need an agent that understands the way investors look at properties is not the way a normal homebuyer does.

Marc really shined once the property was under contract. This is where I think most people need their agent the most, and he absolutely stepped up. This was the part of the process I felt the least prepared for, and he made it a breeze.

There are a lot of good real estate agents out there for finding a home to live in, but not all know how to work with investors. Mine is a combination of these two things, and Marc helped me get both. In an extremely hot market, with prices at record highs.

Marc will be my agent going forward with every deal, and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. He's one of those people you can tell does it because he genuinely likes to help people, and cares about what he does. He's not in it just for the money.

Marc was extremely helpful. In the most vulnerable and hardest moment in my life, Marc saw my need and was determined to sell my house. He had an open house in Atlanta on a Saturday and my house went under contract the same day. We closed in exactly 30 days.
