We are so grateful we found Erin and Marc! My husband and I were moving from out of state, so it was important to know that our realtors had our back and were on top of it. When I came to visit Cheyenne to tour properties, Erin made the process as seamless as possible. She had a binder made for me which included all of the details (including photos), of the houses we were going to see. Mind you, over 3 days, this was 18 houses! I was afraid I would be overwhelmed, but Erin made the process easy on me. She was organized and thoughtful in her approach, so I knew the time we spent was put to good use.

Especially after meeting Erin and Marc in person, it was clear they had our best interests at heart, and we had a very good outcome. Communication was great, questions were answered in a timely manner, and overall we couldn’t have expected a closing being so seamless. We highly recommend Marc and Erin!

Can’t go wrong with these guys!! They helped us find our perfect starter home years ago as young military family and again recently helped us to sell it when it was time to PCS. They made the process super easy and kept us in the loop throughout the whole thing. The house sold in a day with multiple offers. So wonderful having such professional and experienced people in our corner. They really have your best interests in mind. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

When we did find our perfect home he even researched a lot for us. Couldn't ask for better agents. Erin found us a rental so we wouldn't be homeless when we got here . Marc and Erin are AMAZING!!! They were incredibly responsive and communicative, and they held my hand through every step of the process. They are also very friendly and kind. Such a pleasure to work with, and to celebrate with after we closed. This team is exactly what a real estate agent should be.

I asked Marc to help me sell my house. Within about two days, the property was valued and listed, and Marc had already done some showings. I received an offer the next day, and we closed about four or five weeks later. All while I lived out of state. I know every sale probably does not go so smoothly or quickly, but it was all due to their effort and work ethic and clear communication. I could not have asked for a more pleasant or effective team. After we had moved into our new residence there was an issue with a couple of the outlets in the house, and they had an electrician to the house for repairs within an hour! No complaints at all! We worked with Marc & Erin to sell our house and the experience was great! They arrived at the house to look at it and discuss what we should consider as the list price. Their assessment was more than I expected. They asked about improvements and wrote specific items down to make sure it was included in the MLS so the house was presented at it's best. Both were professional, knowledgeable & so friendly and easy to talk to. The communication was awesome! Our house was listed Monday morning and we had an offer from the first person that looked at it that same morning! We accepted the offer and the house was sold and closed within a month. They are both very professional and personable. They took the time to explain the answers to any questions I had and were extremely patient as well as thorough. For both of the home sales, we worked together to set listing prices that led to offers in very short time frames and were in agreement with the subsequent appraisals. Marc sold us our home in November of 2001 and when it came time to sell our home, we never thought twice about who we would ask. I'm sure there are great realtors out there, but I have to brag about Marc. He is very personable, professional, prompt, responsive, accurate and knowledgeable.
