Marc Duggan

Marc R. Duggan is a seasoned, detail-orientated real estate broker and consultant with a calming and positive temperament. Marc obtained his Broker license in 1994, and in 1998 he became the second real estate professional in San Diego County to receive the Senior's Real Estate Specialist® designation. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 1991.

In 1994 Marc founded his own real estate management company, and over 25 years has accumulated a broad spectrum of knowledge in the sales and management of all types of real estate property throughout San Diego County. He has first-hand experience with assessing and preparing properties for sale and marketing, intricate oversight of the sales transaction and escrow process, IRS §1031 exchanges (simultaneous, delayed and reverse), seller-financing options, and post-transaction support and consulting. Marc has personally owned and managed his own rental properties for over 30 years.
