Marc Ferraiz

Marc is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with an emphasis on Marketing and Advertising. He has practiced in the real estate industry for 18+ years and possesses valuable knowledge in regards to current trends in the marketplace. Daily tasks include communicating with homeowners and implementing strategic plans for success. He is a member of Pacific West association of Realtors, where he has served on the Professional Standards Committee, Arbitration Panel and MLS Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. Marc has also completed an intensive mediation training program at The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University’s School of Law, one of the world’s leading educational programs in the field of dispute resolution. According to SoCalMLS statistics, Marc has ranked in the “Top 10” of all Residential Leasing Agents in Orange County and ranks as the #1 Residential Leasing Agent in Los Alamitos/Rossmoor over a 48 month period.
