I really cant enough good things about Marc. He is a stellar agent and a joy to work with. He helped with the purchase of my place years ago and more recently, selling the same property. Even with being out of the state, I had no stress as Marc seamlessly handled everything, including coordinating home repairs and painting, and kept me informed throughout the process. Marc and his team also staged the place beautifully. I am certain the staging and the 3-D video was what clenched a full ask offer in less than a week on the market. I highly recommend Marc if you are looking to purchase or sell a property.

We have known Marc Hammarberg for over ten years and during that time he has helped us with both purchases and sales in center city. He has been a real pleasure to work with. Marc and his team are the consummate professionals, in my experience the Rolls Royce of real estate agencies. Marc's design expertise and staging capabilities got my house sold much faster and for more money than I thought possible. Along the way, he always had time to thoroughly answer my many questions, with both patience and positivity. You cannot go wrong with them, I highly recommend.

I just recently sold a house in Rittenhouse Square and Marc did a fantastic job! He provided excellent guidance throughout the process and went the extra mile to make sure the house was ready to show. He made arrangements for the house clean out and did a spectacular job of staging the house for quick sale. We were extremely happy we chose Marc as our realtor-what a great job he did!
