About Marc
Marc aims to improve his client’s lifestyles through real estate by putting his clients as the center, collaborating with integrity and honesty, and while serving the mission. Mar has patterned his life and career on the "Golden Rule", that one should treat others the way they would want to be treated. That’s why he aims to ensure client’s calls will be returned promptly, questions will be answered honestly, and clients can be assured that's their best interests are his top priority.
Marc’s primary focus and objective is the successful sale of a client’s home and/or help them find the home of their dreams.
Prior to his full-time career in real estate, Marc enjoyed a 26 year career as a Professional Firefighter. He worked for North Bergen FD and North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue and eventually moved up the ranks to Captain then Battalion Chief for the last 13 years. He took on the additional responsibility of Chief of Marine Services and was responsible for the development and training the Marine Division and its members. North Hudson Marine division is part of a Homeland Security initiative to protect the waterways. Marc successfully negotiated and wrote grants for over 2 million dollars of vessels, equipment and training.
Concurrent with his firefighting career, Marc owned and ran a successful trucking company out of northern NJ for 15 years, serving businesses and their customers. Marc has some background in construction as he worked for several builders in the Ocean County area after divesting himself from the trucking business. He offers that information to assure clients that he brings a vast tool kit of experience to real estate, as a result of his past experience with strategy, customer service, negotiation, marketing, effective communication, building construction and team building.
Marc was born and raised in North Bergen, New Jersey. He married in 1979 and him and his wife moved to Toms River in 1983, where together, they have raised their three children. He is also actively involved in the community. He is an active member of St Andrews United Methodist Church in Toms River, the Track and Field Official (High School and Intermediate School) for Shore Conference and has been honored as Shore Conference Track Official of the Year. He has coached TRBA recreational basketball 10 years and Soccer with TRSA and Toms River Youth Soccer associations. He is a Member of Sons of American Legion in Toms River and has volunteered to assist in the build of playgrounds (Sandy Ground Project) in the tri-state area (including several in Ocean/Monmouth County) in honor of the 26 victims of the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy.
