Marc was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He went above and beyond with his hard work ethic and found me the home that everyone said was impossible to find. Marc truly cared about what I wanted in an apartment and tailored our search based on my preferences. He helped me every step of the way, and followed- up with the management company, bank, seller, lawyers and constantly kept me updated. His knowledge of the co-op board interview process is truly amazing! I felt very reassured as he took care of everything and was able to answer any of the questions that I had. I highly recommend his service.

If we could give higher than 5 stars for Marc Lashley, we would. From the moment we contacted Marc, we knew we were in exceptional hands, during a global pandemic nonetheless. Marc scheduled to meet with us immediately and came over to our Co-op. He walked through, gave us his recommendations on what we could spruce up, and sat down to talk to us about the entire process, as well as what our hopes for selling were. My husband and I looked at each other after he left and knew our place would be sold…we saw a light at the end of the tunnel. Our Co-op, while an adorable place, was also located in a complex with a very high maintenance fee, not the greatest reviews, or the easiest manager to work with.
Fast forward about a month and a half after our initial meeting with Marc, who kept in contact during the entire time we were DIY’ing every door in our home, our place was on the market, and he was immediately bringing in potential buyers, along with two open houses. As stated before, our complex is not viewed highly to potential buyers…regardless of how nice the actual Co-op may be. Marc not only found a highly qualified buyer, but a buyer that stuck through endless bumps in the road, when she could have said, “I’m done, I don’t want it”, and we would have had to begin all over. Marc was in constant communication with my husband and I, letting us know everything that was going on—the good , bad, and very ugly. We were buying at the same time in a different state, which made for “fun times”. But, there was never a question Marc wouldn’t answer. There was never a time we thought he was just telling us what we wanted or needed to hear. Marc is as honest and upfront as can be. He is genuine and professional, and each time we got off the phone, we breathed a sigh of relief. Our Co-op didn’t close until about 8 months after the contract was signed…it was probably the most stressful time of our lives, and Marc was by our sides the entire time. We may have contacted Marc to sell our home, but he grew to be a friend in the process. We didn’t feel as though we were just his clients. Even after the closing, we are still in contact with Marc because he’s the real estate agent everyone needs and the friend everyone wants. We highly recommend Marc Lashley if you are looking to sell or buy. Marc helped us begin a new chapter of our lives by selling our place. He is the best of the best.
