Marc Nocera has been in the real estate business for over 15 years, where he began his career in the mid 1990’s in West Bloomfield, Michigan. In 2004, Marc was licensed as a Michigan Loan Officer where he focused on the financial aspects of real estate. Today, Marc owns his own real estate company, Pro Realty, LLC. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a licensed Mortgage Broker in Michigan at Home Smart Mortgage. Marc has a deep understanding and knowledge of the real estate process and the nuances involved with loan packaging. Being the mediator between a home listing and a potential buyer, he recognizes the need in satisfying clients through excellent problem solving and clear communications.
